Weddings
Barilla Bay offers several options for wedding ceremonies and receptions. We cater for 2 to 150 guests in the Restaurant and Pearl Room, offer the Gazebo or Restaurant for ceremonies, and the gardens and beach for photographs. Packages to suit your requirements can be developed with the Events Coordinator and Executive Chef.
Restaurant
Seating up to 110 people, our oyster restaurant provides a stunning setting for any special celebration. Smaller groups can also be catered for in areas of the main room (privacy not guaranteed). A minimum spend requirement may apply for exclusive use of the whole room.

The Pearl Room
Positioned above the main Restaurant, the Pearl Room provides an exclusive area for smaller groups. Suitable for private dining, wedding receptions, board meetings or cocktail parties. Enjoy the spectacular view of Barilla Bay from the top floor of the building whilst sipping on one of the states sensational sparkling wines and a plate of freshly shucked Barilla Bay oysters.

The Gazebo Area
Adjoining the main building is the Gazebo and a paved area that allow for comfortable outdoor dining. The Gazebo is suitable for civil wedding ceremonies, pre-dinner canapés, cocktail parties or light snacks throughout the day and evening.
