Tasmania's freshest and best oysters

Equally famous for its clean air and pristine waters, the unspoilt environment and temperate climate of this island state also plays a major role in producing some of the world’s finest wines, cheeses and seafood. Barilla Bay Tasmania understands the need for minimum impact of its operations on its environment and maintains a compliance policy with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations.

Barilla Bay Oysters are grown and harvested in Australia’s premium shellfish growing environment, the cold clean Southern Ocean waters of South East Tasmania. The delicate taste and texture of Barilla Bay Oysters reflect the natural quality of the water in which they are grown.

Flying in or flying out, the experience is just the beginning. Located 2 minutes from Hobart Airport (1388 Tasman Highway Cambridge) we specialise in the ultimate travel pack. Barilla Bay oysters and other gourmet products can be packed for extended airline travel interstate or overseas.
